What you will do

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to improve continuous delivery.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects, defining milestones and coordinating timelines with customers.
• Act as the primary customer-facing product representative to manage expectations and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate between engineering, deployment, support, and sales teams to align requirements and delivery goals.
• Ensure all deliverables meet strict safety, reliability, and performance standards for industrial systems.
• Drive internal process improvements in tooling, automation, and delivery optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or technical program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical ability to discuss architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Expertise in Agile delivery and cross-functional team leadership.
• Must be based in Canada.
