Technical Product Manager (Integrations)

TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (Integrations): Owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the integrations product area with an accent on enterprise HCM ecosystems and Workday. Focus on designing API products, mapping complex data flows, and leading the full product lifecycle from discovery to general availability.

Location: Fully Remote within the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, and WV)

What you will do

• Lead the full product lifecycle for integration products, specifically focusing on Workday-certified connections.
• Manage the product roadmap and serve as the Product Owner in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering to validate customer needs and map complex data workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to design GTM strategies and deployment playbooks.
• Track and optimize product health metrics such as sync success rates and customer time-to-integrate.
• Provide feature training and technical guidance to internal teams and customer IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Integration Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Proven track record of shipping API products or integration platforms, ideally within the HR-Tech/HCM space.
• Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, SFTP, and event-driven architectures.
• Expertise with OAuth 2.0, SAML, enterprise authentication, and JSON/XML payloads.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from a distraction-free home environment.
• Not eligible for hire if located in AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, or WV.

Nice to have

• Hands-on familiarity with the Workday ecosystem (WWS, Studio, EIB, Extend, and HCM data models).
• Experience with other HCM/ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, or Greenhouse.
