What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle from idea generation through launch and post-launch learning.
- Act as Product Owner for assigned areas, managing the backlog, defining stories, and ensuring sprint readiness.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
- Translate company strategy into clear roadmaps, defining product goals and success metrics.
- Coordinate launches across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes and delivery processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid 2-3 days/week required).
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.
- Proven experience with SaaS products.
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools and technologies in the product development process.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Background in Nonprofit, CRM, or Events product verticals.
- Experience working closely with PMO, Delivery, or Program Management functions.
- Experience owning smaller or highly strategic product initiatives.
