What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from idea generation through launch and post-launch learning.
• Act as Product Owner for assigned areas, managing the backlog, defining stories, and ensuring sprint readiness.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
• Translate company strategy into clear roadmaps, defining product goals and success metrics.
• Coordinate launches across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
• Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve product outcomes and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Must be based in Austin, TX (Hybrid 2-3 days/week required).
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship is available.
• Proven experience with SaaS products.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools and technologies in the product development process.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Background in Nonprofit, CRM, or Events product verticals.
• Experience working closely with PMO, Delivery, or Program Management functions.
• Experience owning smaller or highly strategic product initiatives.
