What you will do
- Define and maintain a unified portfolio vision for Canada and US Group Benefits landscapes.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps balancing innovation, modernization, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to drive scalable platform improvements and reduce fragmentation.
- Oversee large-scale client migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
- Lead communication with executive stakeholders to enable strategic decision-making.
- Manage portfolio-level risks related to scalability, data integrity, and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Platform Leadership in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Group Benefits Administration, specifically the US market and legislation.
- Proven experience leading multi-product portfolios at enterprise scale.
- Experience overseeing modernization programs and large-scale migrations of legacy platforms.
- Strong executive communication and influence skills within matrixed organizations.
- Working knowledge of North American regulatory and compliance environments.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting channel and carrier partnerships.
- Background collaborating with Architecture or Technology leadership on platform strategy.
- Experience defining governance models and operating frameworks.
