What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end programmes and projects that realize commercial benefit on time and within budget.
• Establish and run effective programme governance with reporting to MD and Director levels.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change, escalating and intervening where necessary.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programmes with global impact, driving analysis and execution.
• Champion best practices in project management including Agile, Waterfall, and Scaled Execution.
• Manage external supplier contracts and commercial obligations within the programme governance framework.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale strategic transformational change end-to-end.
• Ability to act independently and confidently to lead complex, cross-functional programmes.
• Expertise in setting up programme governance and providing decision support to senior leaders.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Scaled Execution methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, finances, and commercial risk in line with corporate policies.
• Capability to mentor and coach other project and programme managers.
