What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream enterprise resilience program.
- Establish integrated program plans, milestones, and benefits frameworks.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
- Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and external vendors to ensure delivery outcomes.
- Drive organizational change, business readiness, and adoption of resilience capabilities.
- Ensure program alignment with regulatory obligations and internal risk frameworks.
Requirements
- Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs in financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong experience engaging at Executive and Board level.
- Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance in banking.
- Experience managing complex delivery models (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid).
- Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or project management.
Nice to have
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
