What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream enterprise resilience program.
• Establish integrated program plans, milestones, and benefits frameworks.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets, forecasts, and financial controls.
• Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and external vendors to ensure delivery outcomes.
• Drive organizational change, business readiness, and adoption of resilience capabilities.
• Ensure program alignment with regulatory obligations and internal risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programs in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong experience engaging at Executive and Board level.
• Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance in banking.
• Experience managing complex delivery models (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid).
• Tertiary qualification in finance, business, or project management.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
