What you will do

• Lead end-to-end RFx and e-auction execution, managing supplier communications and administration in Coupa.
• Analyze historical purchase data and tail-spend to identify and expand competitive bidding opportunities.
• Establish and enforce controls to ensure a compliant and transparent competitive bidding process.
• Provide Tier-2 support for complex sourcing inquiries and partner with S2P teams to streamline purchasing.
• Develop performance dashboards for tracking cycle time, savings, and supplier compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation and AI opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or bid management (or 5+ years with a post-graduate degree).
• Proficiency with Coupa, Ariba, or similar sourcing tools and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing competitive bid events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Proven project management and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Coupa ERP integrated within S2P/P2P environments.
