What you will do

• Source best possible garment options across domestic and overseas manufacturers based on sales requests.
• Evaluate recommendations based on aesthetic fit, customer demographics, and specific use-cases.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive supplier knowledge base and conduct regular market research on fashion trends.
• Identify recurring product gaps and proactively find solutions to fill them.
• Document sourcing knowledge and support outreach to new international and domestic suppliers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing (fresh graduates with high interest in fashion are also considered).
• Deep understanding of American fashion and apparel trends.
• Ability to evaluate product fit by customer demographic and aesthetic preference.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, knowledge bases, and spreadsheets.

Nice to have

• Background in fashion buying or retail merchandising.
• Experience sourcing from overseas platforms like Alibaba.
• Knowledge of promotional products such as drinkware, bags, and stationery.
