What you will do

• Support the development of Supply Chain Analytics offerings, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and procurement analytics.
• Translate client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, and practical implementation blueprints.
• Act as a subject matter expert during solution delivery, ensuring scalability and alignment with business outcomes.
• Manage, mentor, and coordinate consultants and specialists within the supply chain domain area.
• Develop joint offerings with technology partners and contribute to thought leadership via webinars and articles.

Requirements

• Around 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in planning, forecasting, inventory management, or procurement.
• Experience leading client-facing work, including discovery workshops, solution design, and pre-sales.
• Proven track record of managing people, leading project streams, or mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI and data-enabled solution concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare, or industrial goods industries.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
• Exposure to machine learning, statistical forecasting, or optimization tools.
