What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from forecasting and PO issuance to delivery and inventory outcomes.
• Proactively manage supply risks, drive mitigation actions, and align purchasing with operational demand.
• Own key supplier relationships and drive performance regarding cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage BOM changes, engineering updates, and transitions to minimize disruption and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for shipping and clearance and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Drive procurement process improvements while maintaining ERP integrity and tracking KPIs like OTD and PO cycle time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, including MRP, PO management, and inventory control.
• Experience in cost control, operational planning, and supporting forecasting.
• Working knowledge of procurement governance frameworks and BOM structures.
• Ability to manage international suppliers and coordinate logistics.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• CIPS Level 3/4, ACIPS, or ASCM certification.
• Experience in vertically integrated design-to-manufacturing environments.
