What you will do

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, acting as the senior commercial and relationship lead.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
  • Manage full accountability for revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and margin performance.
  • Develop multi-year account plans to identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead complex deal structures, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including delivery, architecture, and finance to align commercial commitments with execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Client Partner in technology professional services.
  • Track record of landing and growing large enterprise accounts (£10M+).
  • Experience selling cloud migration (AWS/Azure), digital transformation, data, or engineering services.
  • Extensive experience influencing C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline and forecast management.
  • Must be based in the UK or Europe.
