Salary: $122,000–$253,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop structured technical training courses and integrate real-world scenarios.
• Design immersive exercises that place trainees in representative operational situations.
• Standardize course materials so training aligns with existing program structures.
• Coordinate subject-matter experts and instructors across training activities.
• Identify the tools and resources required to deliver training at hirify.global facilities and other CONUS sites.
• Evaluate observation data and trainee feedback, then revise courses to address gaps.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of experience in a training environment or related field.
• 12+ years of experience working with customers in a classified environment.
• 12+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills.
