Technical Trainer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be based in Pune, India

What you will do

• Consult with stakeholders to define technical enablement and training needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, Sales, and Technical Support to validate training content.
• Deliver technical training to customers, prospects, partners, and internal employees through in-person and online formats.
• Design, develop, maintain, and deliver eLearning, videos, simulations, labs, classroom materials, and self-paced training.
• Develop subject matter expertise in hirify.global products and support knowledge needs within the technical support organization.
• Manage relevant functions in the Learning Management System.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering technical training in person and remotely.
• At least 2 years of experience working with IT security products such as endpoint protection, vulnerability management, SIEM, firewalls, compliance solutions, or networking products.
• Experience designing and developing technical training materials and writing assessments.
• Good written and oral English communication skills are required.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge, multitasking ability, prioritization skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience using hirify.global products.
• Experience delivering product training through a certified education program.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks such as PCI, CIS, or NIST.
• Understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• CompTIA Security+, cloud platform certifications, or multilingual skills.
