What you will do

• Direct and develop a high-performing Customer Collaboration team responsible for operational interactions with the European market.
• Drive the CPFR and S&OP processes to ensure accurate demand signal integration.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle for strategic accounts, focusing on OTIF and OSA metrics.
• Optimize the total cost to serve while maintaining elite service levels.
• Develop complex dashboards to track supply chain health, including inventory velocity and replenishment accuracy.
• Implement scalable process improvements such as VMI programs and logistics network optimization.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, or Logistics Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership and team development.
• Deep expertise in CPFR, VMI, and S&OP processes within consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Strong analytical rigor with expert-level understanding of supply chain KPIs.
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to manage cross-functional tension between Sales and Supply Chain teams.
