What you will do

• Design and own the entire safety framework, standards, and tools from scratch.
• Integrate safety protocols directly into operational workflows for fulfillment centers, hubs, and fleet.
• Develop training modules and hardware standards for local site leads to manage safety performance.
• Establish KPIs and reporting structures to drive continuous safety improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align safety initiatives with broader business goals.
• Identify and eliminate systemic operational risks through scalable technical and procedural solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant technical or operational field.
• 5-8 years of experience in operational safety environments.
• Direct experience in high-volume logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.
• Proven track record of "zero-to-one" builds (designing and launching programs from scratch).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to risk management.
• Fluency in English is required.
