TL;DR

Focus on operational follow-through, leveraging AI tools for account prioritization, and coordinating strategic account moves with BPMs.

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv

What you will do

  • Own the renewal cycle for the partner portfolio, tracking health signals and driving on-time renewals.
  • Build durable relationships with partner stakeholders via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partners' customer bases.
  • Utilize AI tools and internal copilots to prioritize the book and spot expansion signals at scale.
  • Collaborate with the BPM on QBRs, joint planning, and strategic account moves.
  • Contribute to Partnerships & Alliances initiatives, including partner enablement and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, BDR/SDR, channel, or partnerships (SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong commercial instinct for reading renewal forecasts and conducting value-based conversations.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, writing, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Familiarity with the MSP / IT channel.
  • Exposure to AI tools in a commercial workflow.
