TL;DR

Outbound BDR (SaaS): Building and expanding hirify.global's outbound sales pipeline from the ground up with an accent on top-of-funnel lead generation and qualification. Focus on executing high-volume outbound campaigns, identifying key decision-makers, and scaling the outbound engine.

Location: Hybrid Tel Aviv (3x/week office); US hours flexibility (Monday–Friday) required

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound research, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to key accounts.
  • Identify decision-makers, evaluate buying readiness, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce for accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and target accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks and operational processes.
  • Represent the company and generate leads at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency with exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a BDR, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv for a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).
  • Willingness to travel for events and flexibility to work US hours.
