What you will do
- Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards for funnel conversion, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Audit, optimize, and scale the marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation integrations.
- Build scalable frameworks for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle management, and campaign taxonomy.
- Partner with division leaders to operationalize campaign execution across email, paid media, and events.
- Integrate AI into operational workflows to improve segmentation, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the marketing operations team while managing vendor relationships and budget strategy.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations at B2B companies.
- 3+ years of management experience leading teams in analytics, systems, or campaign operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar CRM/automation platforms).
- Proven track record of scaling martech stacks and defining lead management frameworks in complex, multi-division environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

- Experience with M&A integration and go-to-market strategy alignment.
- Industry experience in foodservice, hospitality, or B2B marketplaces.
- Proficiency with attribution tools, intent platforms, and advanced analytics.
