What you will do

• Own the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle from ideation and hypothesis formation to execution and reporting.
• Identify and evaluate new demand generation channels including paid media, partnerships, and product-led motions.
• Design and run rapid experiments to validate channel hypotheses before committing significant resources.
• Manage relationships with agency partners and external vendors to drive high-priority marketing initiatives.
• Build actionable reporting frameworks to translate experiment results into clear investment recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate research, audience segmentation, and campaign analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
• Must be based in the U.S. to be eligible for benefits.
• Proven track record of discovering and scaling new marketing channels in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to design experiments with statistical rigor.
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing and analytics tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Bias toward action and speed with a preference for scrappy testing over long-term planning.
