What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of GTM technology projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
• Implement AI agents for GTM processes to increase efficiency.
• Translate business needs from Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance into clear functional requirements.
• Drive implementation and optimization within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem, including automations and integrations.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, testing, and releases to ensure high user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role.
• CRM SFDC experience is a must.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain for a hybrid work model.
