What you will do

• Migrate clients from legacy estimating platforms to Qapter, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and generate Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including project plans and user guides.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise customers on optimal workflows and configurations.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Provide post-implementation support and analyze performance metrics to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of automotive standards, specifically within the bodyshop segment.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS UI and API implementations at scale.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, and PowerBI.
• Experience with legacy system migrations.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 20%).
