is creating a Connected Restaurant Management System that embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, and payments into one seamless platform for the hospitality industry.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from sales handover through setup, training, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new merchants to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions for merchants on the effective use of products.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop scalable onboarding processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-value.
- Provide post-go-live account management, including proactive check-ins and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Product and Central Operations teams to align merchant needs with the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, early startup operations, or fast-paced account management.
- Ability to multitask, bring structure, and solve problems creatively.
- Native Spanish proficiency.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfort working in high-pace startup and hospitality environments.
- Interest in data, process improvement, and automation.
