hirify.global is creating a Connected Restaurant Management System that embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, and payments into one seamless platform for the hospitality industry.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from sales handover through setup, training, and go-live.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new merchants to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions for merchants on the effective use of hirify.global products.
  • Identify bottlenecks and develop scalable onboarding processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-value.
  • Provide post-go-live account management, including proactive check-ins and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Central Operations teams to align merchant needs with the platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, early startup operations, or fast-paced account management.
  • Ability to multitask, bring structure, and solve problems creatively.
  • Native Spanish proficiency.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Comfort working in high-pace startup and hospitality environments.
  • Interest in data, process improvement, and automation.
