What you will do

  • Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, managing scope, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR technology programs and system releases.
  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies, including communications, training, and adoption plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track risks and issues to drive mitigation plans.
  • Maintain accurate project and process documentation to ensure resources remain accessible and organized.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, People Technology, or HR operations.
  • Fluent spoken and written English required for professional communication in an international environment.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing internal communications, training materials, and enablement resources.
  • Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across all levels of a global organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Workday or other HRIS platforms.
  • Exposure to organizational change management frameworks.
  • CAPM or PMP certification.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and adoption tracking.
