What you will do
- Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, managing scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR technology programs and system releases.
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies, including communications, training, and adoption plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track risks and issues to drive mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate project and process documentation to ensure resources remain accessible and organized.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, People Technology, or HR operations.
- Fluent spoken and written English required for professional communication in an international environment.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience developing internal communications, training materials, and enablement resources.
- Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across all levels of a global organization.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Exposure to organizational change management frameworks.
- CAPM or PMP certification.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and adoption tracking.
