What you will do

• Architect and develop automated tools and frameworks for tracking project progress and managing large-scale regression runs.
• Design Python-based infrastructure for workflow automation and create real-time project visibility dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in DFT execution to translate them into systematic solutions.
• Establish standardized methodologies and best practices for DFT automation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Mentor engineering teams on methodology adoption and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields (5-10 years exp) or Master's/PhD (5-8 years exp).
• 5+ years of experience in custom chip design with expertise in SCAN, MBIST, validation, STA, and IP-DFX flows.
• Proficiency in Python for tool development, data analysis, and automation.
• Strong Unix/Linux skills including shell scripting (bash, csh), make, sed, and awk.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboard creation, and DevOps practices.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and experience with AI tools and techniques for code generation, tool development, and data analysis.
