What you will do

• Design and implement test procedures, fixtures, and software for PCBs, subassemblies, and complete systems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and reports aligned with design specifications.
• Create manual and automated test setups using lab and production-grade equipment.
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware, and mechanical teams to validate designs and provide DFT feedback.
• Support prototype bring-up, debug, and root cause analysis of test failures.
• Maintain traceability and detailed records for auditing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in hardware testing or design validation.
• Proficiency with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
• Experience with at least one scripting or programming language (Python, MATLAB, Bash, or C/C++).
• Experience with CAD tools like Altium, Eagle, Allegro, or KiCad.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and drive design decisions.

• Experience in design or testing for space applications.
• Test experience in low-volume, high-complexity environments.
