What you will do
- Lead the identification and acquisition of new enterprise clients in specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
- Execute strategic outbound initiatives, including executive-level networking and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Conduct discovery meetings with C-level stakeholders to align AI & Data capabilities with critical business challenges.
- Shape tailored proposals that demonstrate how AI solutions accelerate R&D and optimize operations.
- Mentor and develop junior business development professionals to foster commercial and domain expertise.
- Collaborate across sales, delivery, and marketing teams to maximize market presence and client impact.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise client acquisition in Life Sciences or Specialty Chemicals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring professional teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Valencia, Munich, Zürich, or Basel.
