What you will do

• Lead early-stage OEM engagements and drive opportunity strategies within the European market.
• Own the end-to-end RFQ/RFI and bid response process, from clarifying requirements to final submission.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to create customer narratives, proposals, and business cases.
• Present technical and strategic value propositions to both engineering teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders in a matrix organization to align on positioning, feasibility, and priorities.

Requirements

• Automotive and/or automotive software background (must-have).
• Deep understanding of OEM processes, including RFQ/RFI, Tier 1 dynamics, and pre-nomination workflows.
• Ability to credibly translate and present technical materials to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience driving cross-functional execution within a matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement environments with European OEMs.
• Background in solutions architecture, technical sales, or strategic consulting.
• Exposure to ADAS, autonomy, or software-defined vehicle domains.
• Ability to travel and attend onsite meetings as required by the business.
