What you will do

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with manufacturing and industrial clients for AI solutions.
• Engage in consultative selling to understand client challenges and propose AI-driven business value.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to develop customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals and manage commercial aspects of client engagements.
• Support post-sales activities and identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
• 5+ years experience in sales, account management, consulting, or business development in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in closing complex B2B consultative deals.
• English and German language proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong network and credibility in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
