What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through to delivery and iteration.
• Create and own a strategic roadmap, defining success metrics and driving measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and internal partners to deliver high-impact product features.
• Partner with stakeholders to co-develop solutions that improve marketing efficiency and automation.
• Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery and integrate AI capabilities into the user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into product decisions and metrics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience using AI productivity tools.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional setup.

Nice to have

• Experience managing and influencing global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Background in logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy environments.
