What you will do

• Define the roadmap for transitioning the organization from fragmented AI experimentation to a cohesive, high-velocity AI-native ecosystem.
• Build the source of truth for AI impact by tracking KPIs like automated toil reduction, lead-time improvements, and cost-per-feature.
• Design and ship programs that drive habituation, including upskilling curricula and internal AI champion networks.
• Act as a group PM to align decentralized brands while balancing local autonomy with global tech stack efficiency.
• Partner with Legal, Security, and Procurement to resolve systemic blockers to AI adoption at scale.
• Translate complex technical breakthroughs into compelling ROI narratives for C-suite and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
• Proven experience in Product Management, specifically focusing on product adoption, growth, or internal platforms.
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder webs and use data to identify and remove friction in user journeys.
• Mastery of data storytelling to translate usage metrics into compelling business ROI.
• Experience driving central visions across federated or decentralized organizations without relying on top-down authority.
• Resilience and persistence in navigating large-scale cultural transformation.
