What you will do

• Lead product discovery and ideation by researching customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product features from conception to delivery.
• Manage a prioritized backlog aligned with business strategy, balancing technical debt and new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure requirements are effectively implemented.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure feature performance and create continuous improvement feedback loops.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within digital products or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising and personalization technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product discovery, validation techniques, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
