What you will do

• Serve as technical liaison between engineering teams and IP stakeholders including patent attorneys
• Collaborate with developers to identify patentable solutions in EV fast-charging systems
• Perform technical analysis of inventions: identify inventive aspects, assess differentiation from prior art
• Support preparation of patent applications with technical descriptions, explanations, and drawings
• Conduct prior-art searches, provide input for infringement assessments and FTO evaluations
• Maintain IP knowledge database including patent landscapes, competitor analyses, and invention records
• Promote IP awareness and best practices in R&D organization

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or comparable
• Several years professional experience in technical role with patents and IP analysis exposure
• Solid understanding of complex systems in EV fast-charging, power electronics, or industrial/automotive electronics
• Experience in technical patent analysis, claim interpretation, invention disclosure support
• Structured, analytical, detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills for engineering and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English; Italian/German advantage
