Process Engineer (m/f/*)

Location: Marcallo con Casone (MI), Italy; office-based with 4 days on site and 1 day from home.

Salary: €40,000–€45,000 gross annual remuneration.

What you will do

• Lead and support cross-functional projects across the Electrical Market Division.
• Improve production processes, machines, and material flows to reduce unit costs and strengthen product competitiveness.
• Support continuous improvement projects in production and train operators on best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Determine technical solutions for customer-specific product design changes in production.
• Collaborate with the EHS team to reduce waste and emissions, improve production ergonomics, and promote behavioural safety.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Outcome-based decision-making and the ability to select and monitor effective solutions.
• Strong operating skills, accountability, adaptability, and consistent execution.
• Ability to work across production, R&D, supply chain, sourcing, and EHS functions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrical, automation, molding, or extrusion engineering.
• Specialization in automation.
• Experience across different functions and in culturally diverse environments.
• Other EU languages.
• Team-building and target achievement experience.
