What you will do

• Produce email campaigns, app push notifications, and site banners/interstitials.
• Configure audiences, campaign logic, and templates within marketing automation platforms based on technical specifications.
• Coordinate translation requests for global communications delivered in multiple languages.
• Perform rigorous QA testing and peer reviews to identify and fix bugs before launch.
• Manage the execution of 3-5 high-visibility campaigns weekly for an audience of tens of millions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate B2C setting.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a methodological approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage large cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building campaigns in the Braze customer engagement platform.
