What you will do

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for advanced medical devices to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Perform process validation activities through analysis of input-output interactions.
• Operate and optimize high-tech manufacturing technologies including laser cutting, welding, and optical measurement systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support product design improvements and process readiness.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement sustainable process optimizations.
• Support the transfer and scaling of manufacturing processes from concept through to market launch.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Dutch and English language proficiency required.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma qualification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt).
