Production Test Engineer (Electronics): Developing and implementing production test solutions for advanced electronic systems with an accent on PCB-based test hardware, automated test software, and Design for Testability. Focus on improving test coverage, production yield, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency through collaboration with hardware, embedded software, and manufacturing teams.
Location: Son en Breugel / Eindhoven, Netherlands. Relocation to the Netherlands is supported.
Salary: €3,500–€5,500 gross per month, excluding 8% holiday allowance.

supports engineering placements for a technology company that designs and manufactures advanced electronic systems for semiconductor, industrial, automotive, medical, and defense applications.
What you will do
- Develop production test strategies, test sequences, and automated test setups for electronic products.
- Design PCB-based test interfaces, fixtures, and measurement circuits.
- Develop and maintain automated test software using Python and C++.
- Perform Design for Testability reviews and support New Product Introduction activities.
- Analyze production and test failures and improve test coverage, yield, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware, embedded software, and manufacturing teams across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, electronic circuits, and printed circuit boards.
- Proven experience with Altium Designer is mandatory.
- Experience with production test solutions, automated test systems, laboratory equipment, and production environments.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQs, and signal generators.
- Fluent English communication skills are required. Basic experience with Python and/or C++ is expected.
