What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of the pre-construction phase to ensure project success.
• Manage design coordination, value engineering, and early-stage project planning.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Collaborate with commercial and QS teams on cost planning and budget development.
• Lead design team meetings and support bid presentations for public sector clients.
• Maintain digital records and manage documentation according to Golden Thread principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Professional membership of CIOB, RICS, or similar body.
• Strong expertise in façade systems and fire safety regulations (PAS 9980, BS 8414).
• Experience with remediation of non-compliant cladding and Building Control processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Asta Powerproject, and BIM platforms like Revit or Navisworks.
• Must be able to work onsite in Swanley, UK.
