What you will do

• Lead BIM execution by creating coordinated, constructible models and drawing sets aligned with client standards.
• Translate engineer markups into clear documentation and manage overall model health and structure.
• Mentor and train Designers in Revit best practices, documentation habits, and company standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolve modeling conflicts across multiple disciplines to reduce rework.
• Improve firm-wide BIM workflows, templates, and libraries through documentation and GitHub Pull Requests.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is accurately captured in BIM deliverables.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, and Asana.
• Strong ability to manage BIM workflows across multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology system layouts (Telecom/ICT, AV, Security, Acoustics).
• Industry certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD (Telecom), or PSP/CPP (Security).
