What you will do

  • Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals to consistently surpass revenue goals.
  • Build trust with executives by positioning hirify.global as a partner that drives measurable business results.
  • Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end to secure strategic wins and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to uncover growth opportunities and strengthen customer retention.
  • Build a future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and travel to connect with clients in person.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of success working with enterprise customers and senior leaders.
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and deep listening skills.
  • Ability to connect product capabilities to complex business needs.
  • Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions.
