What you will do
- Win new business and own the full sales cycle from first call to close.
- Act as a product expert, guiding prospects through trials, evaluations, and rollouts.
- Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Lead multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Procurement, and Legal.
- Quantify value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption.
- Influence the product roadmap by providing actionable customer feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in tech sales (developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging tech).
- Consistent track record of landing new logos and exceeding quotas.
- Proven hunter mentality with experience in outbound prospecting and creative sourcing.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell to technical stakeholders (ICs to CTOs).
- Fluent business level German, Dutch, French, or Swedish.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
