Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid role with up to 60% travel to customer sites).

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, including hands-on coding and system configuration.
• Architect and deploy intelligent agents and automated workflows using the Agentforce platform.
• Own the data lifecycle, including modeling, processing pipelines, and integration strategies for AI applications.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges during solution delivery and model deployment.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Lead rapid prototyping and iteration to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on, end-to-end delivery of scalable production solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
• Extensive experience with AI/LLM technologies, including orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and enterprise data platforms (e.g., hirify.global Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Significant direct experience with the hirify.global platform.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites.
