What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered tools such as narrative co-pilots and visual storyboarding assistants.
• Automate repetitive internal tasks to enhance UX across the product suite.
• Build internal AI development tools, including evaluation benchmarks and automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and execute high-impact AI opportunities.
• Manage the full AI/ML lifecycle from modeling and evaluation to deployment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML into real-world products with full lifecycle ownership.
• Strong experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and scalable AI deployment.
• Knowledge of hallucination detection and mitigation strategies.
