Base Salary $138,380 – $162,800 • Offers Bonus

What you will do

• Serve as operational backbone for key Professional Services programs including monetization, investment management, credits, and customer outcome tracking.
• Streamline workflows, implement automations and AI solutions to boost team efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Optimize and scale PS systems like Salesforce and Certinia in collaboration with administrators.
• Manage core administrative operations: month-end procedures, expense management, revenue tracking, forecasting, partner costs, and ROI analysis.
• Maintain and evolve reporting for real-time visibility into spend, forecasts, delivery performance, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps on financial planning; conduct analyses on margins, revenue, costs, and trends.

Requirements

• Builder’s mindset to configure and evolve systems like Certinia and Salesforce for scaling PS org.
• Analytical skills to uncover drivers of revenue, spend, and outcomes; turn data into actionable insights.
• Passion for efficiency via automation, AI, and process improvements.
• Strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and reliable metrics/forecasts.
• Collaboration with executives; clear communication across PS, Finance, and Sales.
• Expertise in Google Sheets and Slides; working knowledge of SQL; 4+ years in operations within enterprise software.

Nice to have

• Autonomy with Tableau reporting and SQL.
• Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Claude, N8N).
