TL;DR

VP, Customer Delivery (AI): Redesigning and leading the customer delivery function by unifying Professional Services and Field Engineering with an accent on AI-augmented orchestration and partner-led execution. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $250,000 – $285,000 per year

hirify.global is an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global lifecycle management into a single system for high-growth SaaS companies.

What you will do

  • Redesign the delivery model from the ground up around AI workflow orchestration where agents handle configuration, validation, and QA.
  • Establish a strategic partner-led delivery ecosystem and define governance frameworks, certification requirements, and quality thresholds.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Architecture to maintain technical standards across SA, SC, and Forward Deployed Engineering.
  • Own the delivery P&L, managing utilization, gross margin, services revehirify.global, and time-to-implement targets.
  • Partner with Sales on scoping and deal design, and with Product to influence the roadmap based on implementation patterns.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in Professional Services, Field Engineering, or Customer Delivery leadership.
  • At least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role with direct P&L responsibility.
  • Deep expertise in CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash systems.
  • Proven track record of redesigning delivery organizations for scale using automation or partner-leverage models.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical foundation.

Nice to have

  • Background in high-growth SaaS (Series B–E).
  • Experience with usage-based billing, revehirify.global recognition (ASC 606), or complex multi-product pricing models.
  • Experience building or managing offshore/global delivery teams.
  • Practical experience building AI-augmented delivery workflows.
