Salary: $250,000 – $285,000 per year

What you will do
- Redesign the delivery model from the ground up around AI workflow orchestration where agents handle configuration, validation, and QA.
- Establish a strategic partner-led delivery ecosystem and define governance frameworks, certification requirements, and quality thresholds.
- Collaborate with the Director of Solutions Architecture to maintain technical standards across SA, SC, and Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Own the delivery P&L, managing utilization, gross margin, services reve, and time-to-implement targets.
- Partner with Sales on scoping and deal design, and with Product to influence the roadmap based on implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years in Professional Services, Field Engineering, or Customer Delivery leadership.
- At least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership role with direct P&L responsibility.
- Deep expertise in CPQ, Billing, and Quote-to-Cash systems.
- Proven track record of redesigning delivery organizations for scale using automation or partner-leverage models.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical foundation.
Nice to have
- Background in high-growth SaaS (Series B–E).
- Experience with usage-based billing, reve recognition (ASC 606), or complex multi-product pricing models.
- Experience building or managing offshore/global delivery teams.
- Practical experience building AI-augmented delivery workflows.
