What you will do
- Provide front-line support to suppliers via phone, email, chat, and other service channels.
- Resolve complex supplier issues with a focus on customer experience and compliance accuracy.
- Verify and process regulatory documents, including insurance, safety manuals, and OSHA/MSHA records.
- Log and manage all interactions in Salesforce (Service Cloud) and follow up as needed.
- Support customer billing and subscription inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier needs.
- Participate in outbound campaigns and annual update verifications while maintaining attendance and productivity metrics.
Requirements
- Fluency in verbal and written communication for additional language as required by the posting and business need.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with PC applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and self-motivation; ability to learn and apply new systems and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tolerate stress.
- 100% attendance for 8 weeks of training starting August 10, 2026.
Culture & Benefits
- Hybrid schedule for candidates within commutable distance: Tues–Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home.
- Remote basis may be considered for candidates outside commutable distance.
- Regular and predictive attendance expectations.
- Pay rate: $16/hour.
