Salary: £25,500 – £27,000

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for agents and clients primarily via live chat, email, phone, and video.
- Troubleshoot product queries and determine when to escalate technical issues to the engineering team.
- Develop and maintain deep expert knowledge of the Street.co.uk and Bridge platforms.
- Proactively ensure clients understand and utilize new product updates.
- Capture and communicate client feedback and feature requests to the relevant internal teams.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in live chat or IT support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in technology.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
