TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (PropTech): Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting via live chat for a real estate platform with an accent on product expertise and client communication. Focus on resolving product queries, escalating technical bugs to engineering, and improving client adoption of new features.

Location: Hybrid (Manchester), must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Salary: £25,500 – £27,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for agents and clients primarily via live chat, email, phone, and video.
  • Troubleshoot product queries and determine when to escalate technical issues to the engineering team.
  • Develop and maintain deep expert knowledge of the Street.co.uk and Bridge platforms.
  • Proactively ensure clients understand and utilize new product updates.
  • Capture and communicate client feedback and feature requests to the relevant internal teams.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience in live chat or IT support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proactive self-starter attitude with a genuine interest in technology.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
