Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work 3 days per week in the Osterley office.

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support and act as the primary point-of-contact for studio operation incidents.
• Set up and configure galleries, studios, and equipment to meet broadcast standards.
• Ensure signal paths are correctly aligned and perform quality control on video levels and color balance.
• Route internal and external sources and monitor in-vision and floor vision feeds.
• Liaise with technical teams, OBs, and MCRs to ensure effective production delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for studio systems.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Working knowledge of broadcast technology, developments, and techniques including Remote Production.
• Understanding of studio technical processes including galleries, automation, and virtual systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and remain calm under pressure in a studio environment.
• Commitment to continuous self-improvement and technical learning.
