What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support to operational teams to ensure uninterrupted on-air services.
• Monitor broadcast systems and perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system health checks.
• Assist with technical preparations for live productions, outside broadcasts, and special events.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, equipment inventories, and incident records.
• Participate in shift-based support within a 24/7 operational environment.

Requirements

• Strong interest in broadcast engineering, media technology, or IT disciplines.
• Basic understanding of broadcast, production, or IT technologies.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Willingness to work within a shift-based 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in broadcast, media, AV, or IT support environments.
• Familiarity with television production workflows and IP networking.
• Knowledge of audio, video, streaming, and transmission technologies.
• Relevant degree or certification in Broadcast Engineering, Electronic Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of cloud and media technologies.
