What you will do

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of imaging and associated ICT/electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre to execute updates and technical repairs.
• Act as a primary liaison between the company and customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain test equipment, tools, and spare parts inventory according to company policy.
• Identify and escalate critical situations impacting contractual obligations or customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving license.
• HNC/D degree in electromechanics, electronics, computer science, or engineering, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Strong IT, Microsoft Office, and networking infrastructure skills.
• Previous field service experience in a similar technical role is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across the North of England.
