• Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex bugs and performance issues.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in software deployment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites across the UK and internationally.
• Experience providing 2nd line technical support.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
